Before you write

Lost my license key.
Email us with the address you purchased under and we'll resend it.
Hand history isn't being detected.
Settings → Hand history folder → re-select your PokerStars folder. Include your macOS version and a screenshot of Settings if it still fails.
Want to move my license to a new Mac.
Deactivate on the old Mac via Settings → License → Manage. Then activate on the new one. Tell us if the old machine is gone.
